Just some exciting news regarding our fibre 😊

As you all can remember, we went live with fibre in October 2019 after months of planning and cable reticulation.

Please contact us if you are interested in signing up.

We kindly ask that owners inform their tenants and assist their tenants in making use of this new feature.

See below the available package for you to consider.

20 Mbps Uncapped Fibre line (20 Mbps up/down) for only R499 per month

Benefits:

  • Cost-effective (Average monthly fibre lines range from R550-800 per month)
  • Fibre fees will be invoiced with your monthly levies
  • No cancellation fees
  • No contracts. (Month to month)
  • No additional hidden costs
  • High-speed Fibre will add value to your properties & tenants’ experience

So, what’s next?:

  • Complete the application form attached and email it to manager@theadderley.co.za  along with proof of payment for:
    • Month 1 of Fibre R499
    • Fibre Router @ R700.00 (You may also use your own fibre router, as your ADSL router will not be compatible.
    • Connection/Installation fee @ R200.00
      • Use reference number: Fibre (unit Number)
      • Bank Details: The Adderley Body Corporate, Account Number 63055271571 Current account. 
  • Arrange an installation date that suits you with Nicolas Hollander  on it.cpt@f1tech.co.za or manager@theadderley.co.za
  • Adjust your debit order with FMS (Faircape)  or pay monthly as invoices come in.
  • Installation will take approx. 30 minutes if no line fault has occurred. You will be online immediately after installation,
